Are you moving your service or changing your legal status?

The DCYA have created the Change of Circumstances Form for use by Service Providers making changes to their Organisation. The form will be included in the 2017/2018 Contract Application Pack and must be completed by contract holders wishing to make changes to their Service’s details.

When there is a change to legal structure, it is a requirement that a new application, along with the change of circumstances form, be submitted to prog_applications@dcya.gov.ie.

Click HERE to view a short Video about the Change of Circumstances Form and HERE to view the Document.

    Non-contact time payments

You will have seen a notice on PIP confirming that there will be a payment for non-contact time this summer. We do not have an official date for the payment yet.

    Affordable Childcare

Information packs about the  affordable childcare were sent to each childcare service last week, information for parents is also now available on www.affordablechidcare.ie.   If you have any queries please contact us on 0404 64455.

The DCYA and Pobal are holding information roadshows regarding the changes.  The events are in Dublin on 22nd June 6-8pm, The Maldron Hotel, Tallaght and Kilkenny on 28th June 6-8pm in The Newpark Hotel.

More information and booking details can be found here.  Booking is essential.  The demand for places has been very high so Wicklow CCC will hold an information session on Monday 3rd July in The Glenview Hotel, Glen of the Downs at 7pm, again booking is essential.

    Schemes 2017/2018

     Grant Agreements (Contracts)

The Grant Agreements for 2017/2018 are now available on the PIP home page for service providers to review with an accompanying notice from DCYA.

     CCS Plus contracts

Every provider should have automatic access to the new CCS Plus contracts that will allow you to offer the universal payments to parents. If it is not available on your service page please email pipdocuments@pobal.ie with your DCYA reference number and Pobal will upload the contract for you to activate.

    Fees policies and calendars

You may have noticed that fees policies and calendar links are up on PIP. However Pobal have asked that you don’t use them until they are fully functional. Pobal will update PIP when they are ready to use.

    Primary Authorised User (PAU)

You are required to complete your service details in order to go to contract. This may be just a matter of confirming that your details are the same as last year or making minor changes.  If in doubt, please contact us.
