Here is important information to note for this week 17th August 2018.
FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
ECCE Payment Schedule and Increase/Decrease in ECCE numbers
Please see link below which contains information on ECCE payments for this year. We sent an e mail earlier in the week about any substantial increases/decreases in numbers you may have this year. The details regarding this are on page two of the document below.
Higher Capitation applications September 2018
A notice has gone up on PIP to say that all higher capitation applications will be processed by Pobal this year through an online application system.
Pobal hope that this will make the process easier and will allow for changes during the year. A form and guide will go up on PIP in September.
Scheme Registration documentation for 2018/2019
The registration forms, letter for parents and all other relevant documentation for the registration process for 2018/2019 is now available on PIP. These can be accessed through the following link https://pip.pobal.ie/Shared%20Documents/Forms/FAQ%20and%20How%20To%20Guides.aspx .
Revised programme rules
A revised version of the programme rules have been published on the DCYA website. You can access a copy here.
Just a reminder that if you have not already done so, can you please sign (activate) your contract(s) for 2018/2019. You need to have your contracts activated and calander submitted before you can register children.
We would ask services who have uploaded their fee policies to check their status on PIP. For those in draft they need to be completed and submitted, and those queried please amend and resubmit.
We have to approve fees lists and will not be able to respond quickly enough if everyone waits until the last week in August to submit them.
If you can do them now, you will have them checked and approved in plenty of time and won’t be putting yourselves under pressure in late August/early September.
For services who still have to commence your Fees list on PIP please familiarise yourself with the “How to Guide” which is up on PIP as there are some changes for 2018 (particularly page 5, please see attached screen shot).
If you need any assistance please contact us.
