Posted on January 10, 2014 by in News Updates

ReCreate is a fun place to visit offering a unique range of alternative materials sourced from business.  ReCreate source and supply unwanted and surplus materials for reuse as art, craft and play resources.

    Our Mission:

The mission of ReCreate is to divert endofline materials from landfill by collecting and redistributing discarded goods as lowcost supplies for art, education, and social services in our Creative Resource Centre. The educational mission is to increase creativity and lateral thinking, while at the same time raising awareness of school children and the general public regarding the green benefits of reusing materials.

Check out this video of recent workshops using our materials and our facebook page which is updated regularly.

    Who We Are:

ReCreate is a friendly, caring environmental gem which supplies arts & crafts materials and educational supplies. We are committed and dedicated to be the best social enterprise of our kind. We are a fun and inventive place to visit, while offering great value for money, professional workshops and eco-friendly education programs.

    What We Do:

End of Line and surplus materials are collected from businesses and then sorted, and displayed at our storehouse in Ballymount Drive, Walkinstown. Materials will be displayed in small manageable
quantities for our members to creatively re-use.  ReCreate will also have an arts materials shop and a community arts workshop space. This space will allow groups to work on their project until completion without having to pack up after each session, as well as hosting workshops.
