Applicants received an email from POBAL at the end of July notifying them of the status of their application.
We have received a number of calls asking when successful applicants can proceed to spend their grant as the POBAL email referenced a second email with a grant agreement which has not yet been forthcoming (see below).
I am pleased to confirm the following:
Providers that have been notified of a successful application may proceed with their purchase(s)
The grant agreement and on-line reporting information will be available shortly via your PIP Portal.
You will need to have fully spent and reported the grant before you receive payment as it is paid 100% retrospectively.
The payment will not be processed before the 1st of September 2015
Once the Grant Agreement is completed, you will have access to Pobal On-Line reporting system.
