• ECCE Electronic Return – online access issues

    It has come to our attention that some services are having difficulty accessing and submitting their electronic return for ECCE.   It appears that the electronic return is not fully compatible with Mozilla Firefox and Chrome browsers.

    The form was developed and tested in Internet Explorer and Safari environments and as such should be accessed and submitted, where possible, using these browsers. The only browsers to be used, therefore, are Internet Explorer or Safari.

    For your information, Internet Explorer can be downloaded from Microsoft.com and Safari from Apple.com.   Services should attempt to complete the form in the first instance using either Internet Explorer or Safari.   If difficulties persist, they should then contact the Directorate (ECCE team).
