Bray Area Partnership (BAP) is the lead body in a consortium of local community projects
and statutory agencies developing the SPECS Initiative, which will focus on evidence-based early intervention and prevention work with families to achieve better outcomes for children.
The initiative is funded under the Government’s Area Based Childhood (ABC) Programme, with co-funding from the Dept. of Children and Youth Affairs and Atlantic Philanthropies.
The ideal candidate for the Development and Support Worker post will be a flexible team player with excellent communication skills and experience of working with children and families in a social inclusion context.

Interviews are scheduled to take place on week-commencing 10th February and it is expected the Development and Support Workers will be in post no later than week-commencing 16th March.
